  Hello, i read your blog from time to time and i own a similar one and i was just curious if you get a lot of spam feedback?
  If so how do you prevent it, any plugin or anything you can recommend?
  I get so much lately it's driving me mad so any assistance is very much appreciated.

  Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and
  gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She
  put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was
  a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!

  First of all I would like to say superb blog!
  I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
  I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing.
  I've had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
  
  I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or
