  When I initially left a comment I appear to have clicked on the -Notify
  me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time
  a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the same comment.
  Is there a way you are able to remove me from that service?

  I think that what you said was very logical. But, think on this, suppose you added a little content?
  I am not saying your content isn't good., but suppose you added a post
  title that grabbed folk's attention? I mean Gallery 4
  is kinda vanilla. You should look at Yahoo's front page and
  see how they create news titles to get viewers interested.
  You might try adding a video or a related pic or two to grab
  readers interested about what you've got to say. Just my opinion, it could make your website a little bit more interesting.
